What makes a city new is the presence of new people who changes the face of the city and put things in a rightful order. There might not be a need for new things if everything is perfect and in order, if no need for expiration of things or time is not limited.
A city’s glory is in the presence of the kind of people living there. The impact of people to their environment and the relationship among the citizens. A faithful and righteous city is the reflection of the people living in the city, the determinant of the nature of people living there.
A man can only become new when he encounters Jesus, accepting Him as his Lord and believe in Him, he has eternal life and enters into his newness and lives even beyond now. For if anyone is in Christ Jesus, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things become new. Having new spirit and new heart. His way of thinking and doing things changes and brings new things to his environment and lives the life of impact that multiply the grace of God upon his city.
When God wants to make a new things, He makes a new man, to make a new things happen. Let us surrender ourselves for His making and be ye transformed to the image of His person, then we will experience new things.
Let shine the light, we are the city of God that cannot be hidden but stand forever. Amen
